Sequoia Capital Invests $15M in Jive Software

Portland, Oregon-based collaboration software developer Jive Software formally announced Wednesday that it has received $15 million in venture funding from Sequoia Capital. The round had been previously disclosed by the company's CEO earlier this month. Jive said it will use the money for product development and to expand sales and marketing efforts for its flagship products, Clearspace and Clearspace X. Clearspace is a collaboration utility that combines content creation features with Web 2.0 communication tools. More information »
