Seven Peaks Ventures Fund Raising $15M For Oregon VC

Seven Peaks Ventures, a new, venture capital investment firm headquartered in Bend, Oregon, is in the process of raising $15M for investments, according to a regulatory filing. According to the filing, Seven Peaks has so far raised $3.13M out of a $15M fund. The firm is led by Dino Vendetti, previously a venture capitalist at Silicon Valley investor Formative Ventures. Vendetti is also head of Bend's technology accelerator, FoundersPad. No details on the new fund have been announced. Vendetti has also served at Bay Partners and Vulcan Ventures.
