Smarsh Rolls Out Self-Serve Archive Access

Portland-based Smarsh, which provides hosted, compliance and e-discovery archiving tools, said Thursday that it has launched a new product, which provides self service archive access to end users. The company said the new Personal Archive add-on lets employees retrieve their own archived electronic communications and files. Pricing on the new product was not announced. The new product helps relieve IT departments of having to retrieve those files for those users.
