    Snapvine Acquired By Whitepages.com

Seattle-based Snapvine said this morning that it has decided to sell the company to WhitePages.com. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Snapvine is a provider of voice blog commenting widget software, used to allow people to leave voice comments using their cell phones. WhitePages.com said that it will bring Snapvine's development team to the company when the deal closes, in approximately five to 10 days. Snapvine was venture backed by Bridgescale Partners, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, First Round Capital, and individual investor Russell Siegelman, who is a partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. The firm had raised $11.90M in two round of venture funding. WhitePages.com is also based in Seattle.
