Snapvine Adopted By Comedian

Snapvine, the Seattle-based firm which allows people to create "voice blogs", said Thursday that Comedy Central comedian Mike Birbiglia is now using the firm's service to update his fans on his tour. Birbiglia is a New York-based standup comedian who premiered and has been featured on Comedy Central. Snapvine, which is venture backed by Bridgescale Partners, Draper Fisher Jurvetson and First Round Capital, operates a service that allows people to post voice messages from themselves in "voice blogs" and on their social networking pages.
