    Socialmedian Acquired By XING


    Former Jobster founder Jason Goldberg's latest startup, Socialmedian, has been acquired by German social networking site XING, Goldberg announced this morning, with Goldberg moving to Hamburg, Germany as part of the buy. Goldberg did not disclose financial terms of the buy, but said that the entire team at Socialmedian will be joining XING as part of the acquisition. Socialmedian--which is based in New York--was founded by Goldberg after he left Seattle-based Jobster in 2007.
