SolutionsIQ Buys Davisbase Consulting

Redmond, Washington-based SolutionsIQ, a provider of consulting in the Agile software area, said today that it has acquired Charlotte, North Carolina-based Davisbase Consulting. Davisbase also is a provider of Agile consulting services. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Davisbased Consulting was founded in 2007. SolutionsIQ says the buy extends its footprint to seven offices, in Redmond, San Jose, Portland, Boston, Salt Lake City, Charlotte, N.C. and India. The company now employs more than 200 Agile experts across those offices.
