SonoSite Completes VisualSonics Buy

Bothell-based SonoSite said Wednesday that it has completed its acquisition of Toronto-based ultrasound firm VisualSonics. The deal was worth $67.9M, net cash and debt. SonoSite said VisualSonics will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the firm. The firm originally announced the acquisition on May 27th.
