    Spiration Raises $13.4M


    Seattle-based Spiration has raised a new, $13.4M round of funding, the firm said Monday. Spiration raised the Series F round from Olympus Medical Systems, with returning investors Guidant, New Enterprise Associates, Sprout Group, Versant Ventures, Three Arch, InterWest Partners, and Investors Growth Capital participating. Spiration is developing medical devices for the treatment of lung disease.
