SplashCast Corp. revealed today that it has partnered with Clearspring Technologies Inc. to develop an integrated service that allows brands and advertisers to reach audiences across all major social networks. According to the firms, SplashCast will be one of Clearspring's preferred providers for content-driven applications. Headquartered in Portland, Ore., SplashCast operates an online advertising network focused on social networking web sites. Based in McLean, Va., Clearspring provides widget distribution, management, monetization and analytics services.
