Spring Creek Group Acquired By Mediabrands

Seattle-based social media agency Spring Creek Group said Wednesday that it has been acquired by Mediabrands. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Spring Creek Group was founded and headed by Clay McDaniel, who previously been at RealNetworks and Microsoft. Mediabrands is the digital agency division of public relations and marketing giant Interpublic Group.
