    aQuantive Buys Franchise Gator


    Seattle-based aQuantive has purchased an Atlanta-based marketing company, Franchise Gator, for its pay for performance digital marketing services. aQuantive said that it is acquiring Franchise Gator to deepen its experience and expertise in pay for performance marketing segement. Franchise Gator offers digital marketing for franchises and new business services. aQuantive paid around $21.5M in cash for the firm, which it says expects to have net revenues of $7.5M to $8.0M in 2006. Franchise Gator employs 10 in Roswell, Georgia.
