    Inrix Finds $10M


    Kirkland, Washington-based Inrix has raised $10M in a Series B round, the firm said today. The firm, which provides traffic information, received the funding from Bain Capital Ventures, Venrock Associates, and August Capital. Inrix provides traffic coverage for major metropolitan areas in the U.S. The firm uses GPS probe data from commercial fleet, delivery, and taxi vehicles to determine the speed and traffic patterns across the U.S. Ajay Agarwal of Bain joins the company's board as part of the funding.
