Newsvine CEO Hacks McCain MySpace Page

The CEO of Seattle-based Newsvine, Mike Davidson, has admitted to hacking Senator John McCain's MySpace page, saying in his blog Tuesday that he was behind the hack. Davidson added a statement to McCain's page indicating that McCain was now in favor of gay marriage, particularly marriage between "passionate females", apparently in response to McCain's use of his MySpace template without attribution and credit. Newsvine is a venture backed company which operates an online news site. The firm has received funding from Second Avenue Partners.
