    LUNARR Launches Beta


    Portland-based LUNARR, which is developing an online service for taking notes and annotating digital documents and web pages, said Wednesday that it has launched a beta of its service. LUNARR, which was founded by Japanese entrepreneur Toru Takasuka, is developing a web-based service which maintains a history of email communications, revisions, related documents, and other meta-data in documents.
