    Integra Telecom Expands In Rockies


    Portland-based Integra Telecom said today that it has expanded its communications services in Boise, Idaho, and Salt Lake City, Utah. The firm said that it is now offering Ethernet services in the two cities as part of its business communications services offerings. According to Integra, the new service deployment allows companies to connect to the Internet using native Ethernet connections without requiring expensive fiber equipment. Integra is private equity backed by Warburg Pincus.
