![]() Monday, March 2, 2009 Ignition Backs Mobile Diagnosis FirmSeattle-based Ignition Partners is the lead venture capital backer of a Silicon Valley firm, Zenprise. According to Zenprise, it raised $10M this morning in a round led by Ignition Partners, which also included other investors Bay Partners, Mayfield, and Shasta Ventures. Ignition's Cameron Myhrvold is joining Zenprise's board of directors as part of the investment. Myhrvold said in a statement that the investment came after looking at "several" companies in the mobile system management space. Zenprise sells its software to companies looking to more quickly fix problems with mobile phones; the firm is based in the Silicon Valley city of Fremont. posted on Monday, March 2, 2009 (Link to more information)
