    Movaya Acquired By Digby


    Seattle-based Movaya Wireless, a developer of applications for the iPhone, Android, and other mobile phone platforms, has been acquired by Digby, a Texas developer of mobile ecommerce applications. The deal was announced by Digby this morning, although no financial details of the acquisition were given. According to Digby, the deal is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be finalized by November 15th. Digby said it will convert Movaya's Asian operations center, Movaya Chengdu Technology, Ltd. to Digby Chendu Technology, Ltd. Movaya was advised by Catapult Advisors LLC in the sale. Movaya was founded by Phil Yerkes and Stanley Wang. Wang will joing Digby as its Vice President of Engineering.
