Beaverton, Oregon-based Digimarc, a provider of digital identification technology, has tied with ImageSpan, a developer of licensing and royalty payment platforms, the companies said today. According to the firms, they will partner to deliver a complete solution to manage, monitor, and monetize image assets. The companies said that ImageSpan's LicenseStream software for automated licensing, publishing, and royalty processing will be linked with Digimarc for Images, a digital watermark software application. ImageSpan said its LicenseStream Content Tracker will then be used to crawl the web for watermarked images, and report that back to customers.
