Redmond-based Microsoft said this morning that it has signed on Hillsboro-based Lattice Semiconductor as a customer for its Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 software. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Microsoft Dynamics AX is used by companies to manage their enterprise resource planning (ERP). Lattice is a semiconductor firm developing programmable logic devices.
