Saflink Cuts Staff

Kirkland, Washington-based Saflink said Thursday that it is cutting it workforce by over 50 percent, as it looks to dramatically reduce operating expenses. The firm develops biometric security and smart card solutions. The company said it will focus its business development on its software and hardware authentication products.
