iConclude Upgrades Automation Software

Bellevue, Washington-based iConclude announced today that it has upgraded its OpsForce IT automation software. The firm said that its new 2.1 version of its software adds new dynamic drill down reports; a new execution interface; and better enterprise scalability. OpsForce software is used for automated incident resolution and management of data centers. The firm is funded by Greylock Partners, Shasta Ventures, and Madrona Venture Group.
