Bacon's Buys Tempo IV

Bacon's multivision, a provider of broadcast management applications, said today that it has acquired Kirkland, Washington-based Tempo IV, a provider of broadcast monitoring services in the Pacific Northweset. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Tempo IV provides 24/7 monitoring of local and national news, used by companies to monitor their news coverage and mindshare in local markets. Bacon's mlutivision provides products used by firms to monitor their brands and media coverage.
