INRIX Signs deCarta

Geospatial software platform publisher deCarta reported Monday that it has enhanced its flagship product with the addition of Kirkland-based INRIX's Predictive Flow application. deCarta explained that the inclusion of Predictive Flow in its platform gives its customers access to real-time traffic and incident data that can help them optimize travel routes and predict driving times. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. INRIX is a provider of traffic information and related tools; deCarta is a privately held company headquartered in San Jose, Calif.
