Talisma Upgrades Support Software

Bellevue, Washington-based Talisma, a provider of software for managing customer support, said today that it has upgraded its Talisma Knowledgebase software. The firm's software is used by companies to provide self-service customer support and resources to call center and support agents. According to the firm, it has specifically upgraded its search capabilities in the software. The company said the changes include new concept matching additions, to better understand content and rank search results; automatic summarization of results; and auatomatic recommendation of related information and documents. Talisma is a unit of nGenera.
