Decho Releases Mac Backup Software

Seattle-based Decho Corporation, the online backup firm owned by EMC, said today that it has released a Mac version of the firm's MozyPro product. According to the firm, the service is targeted at businesses using Mac desktops, notebooks, and servers. The software backs up a computer to Decho's online servers, where files are stored and protected. The new product is the second Mac backup software from the firm, which earlier released a home version of the Mozy software, MozyHome for Mac. The new business-focused software costs $3.95 per license, plus 50 cents per GB a month for desktops; pricing for servers is $6.95 per license, plus 50 centes per GB per month.
