Kashless Hits 35,000 Members

Seattle-based Kashless, the online marketplace headed by Martin Tobias which promotes the re-use of items, told its users this week that it has hit 35,000 members as of this month. According to the firm, it grew from only 294 members at the beginning of 2009, to 35,000 members at the beginning of January. The firm also said it has now spread to over 100 US metro areas, after initially launching the service in Seattle. Kashless is venture backed by RRE Ventures.
