Amazon Adds Languages To Kindle Publishing Program

Seattle-based Amazon.com announced late Thursday evening that it has added support for Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian to the firm's self-publishing tools for its Kindle reader. According to Amazon, its self-service Kindle Digital Text Platform (DTP) now allows publishers and authors to upload their own books in those three additional languages, in addition to existing English, French, and German support. The DTP program allows publishers and authors to self-publish their books on Amazon's Kindle Reader.
