Varolii Signs Mortgage Firm

Seattle-based Varolii, a developer of contact center management software, has igned on mortgage provider Suntrust Mortgage, the firm said this morning. Varolli said that Suntrust is using its products to help deliver routine requests for borrower information before calling into its contact center, to help reduce Suntrust's customer service costs. Varolii said specifically that SunTrust is using the firm to improve how it communicates with delinquent borrowers. Financial details of the win were not disclosed.
