Clearwire Boosts Austin Coverage For SXSW

Wi-Max service provider Clearwire Communications said today that the firm has enhanced its CLEAR 4G network in the Austin area, in response to the annual South by Southwest festival. Clearwire did not detail exact enhancements it had planned for coverage in the area, but did say the move is part of its presence at SXSW this year, via its mobile showrooms and a live streaming feed of "mobile theaters" featuring bands and bloggers in Austin.
