Tableau Trumpets Growth, Job Openings

Seattle-based Tableau Software, a developer of business intelligence software, said this week that it has seen record sales growth and customer acquisition in Q3. The firm claimed it had 123 percent, year-over-year growth. Actual financials were not disclosed. The firm said it has over 40 job openings, and expects to hire around 100 this year due to the firm's growth. The firm claims it is the "fastest growing BI software company worldwide." Tableau is venture backed by New Enterprise Associates, the only investor in the firm as of its Series B in 2008.
