NewBay Selects Seattle For US HQ

NewBay, a developer of mobile social networking, photo and video albums, and other applications, said Friday that it has selected downtown Seattle as its Americas headquarters. The firm said it has aggressive growth and hiring plans for the region. The firm said the new office will be headed by Timo Bauer, SVP and general manager, and was selected because Seattle is the "mobile Silicon Valley".
