SchemaLogic Acquired By Smartlogic

Kirkland-based SchemaLogic, a developer of content management and semantics software for the enterprise, has been acquired by Smartlogic, a developer of content intelligence software. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to Smartlogic, the acquisition will add more "blue cip" clients ot its list of customers, and will also extend its platform. SchemaLogic was venture backed by CTTV Investments, Goldman Sachs, Madrona Venture Group, and Phoenix Partners.
