Amazon's LOVEFiLM Signs Sony Pictures

Amazon's European DVD rental and streaming video company, LOVEFiLM, said today that it is in an exclusive, multi-year content streaming deal with Sony Pictures. According to LOVEFiLM, the deal will provide exclusive streaming access to new and forthcoming Sony Pictures titles, as well as to catalog titles and TV Series, beginning in June of 2012. Financial details of the content licensing deal were not announced.
