Report: Tippr Chops 25

A report today says that Seattle-based Tippr, the daily deals software and marketplace service run by Martin Tobias, has cut 25 employees. Tippr has been looking to develop an online daily deals exchange and marketplace, in addition to offering its own, white-label daily deals platform. The layoffs were reported by Geekwire.
