Mozy Courts Resellers

Seattle-based online data storage and backup service Mozy--which is now a unit of EMC--said yesterday that it has made "major enhancements" to its reseller program. The firm said it has enhanced the program after seeing a doubling of it channel business over the last three years. Mozy said it has launched a new partner portal, and offers up co-branded marketing and sales, opportunity registration, and lead sharing to its partners. The firm said it now has more than 5,000 resellers worldwide. The biggest enhancement to its channel efforts is an automated way to create branded sales collateral. Mozy is part of Decho Corporation which is itself part of EMC.
