NameJet To Power .BUILD Top Level Domain

Kirkland-based domain auction operator NameJet, which is a joint venture of Demand Media and Web.com, said this week that it has been selected to help provide the technical and marketing services behind the new, top level domain, .BUILD. NameJet said it, along with domain marketplace Afternic, will help offer the distribution for the .BUILD top level domain for Plan Bee LLC, which is the applicant for the new TLD. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Plan Bee is one of hundreds of applicants for the new TLDs, which will sit at the same level as .com, .org, and .net in Internet navigation.
