Noetix Acquired By Silverback Enterprise Group

Redmond-based Noetix, which develops business intelligence and data analytics software, has been acquired by Silverback Enterprise Group. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to Silverback Enterprise Group, the current management team at Noetix will continue to lead the business. Silverback Enterprise Group is backed by Austin Ventures, and says this is its sixth acquisition in the past two years.
