Medrecs Acquired By U.S. Legal Support

Seattle-based Medrecs, a provider of medical and legal records retrieval technology and services, has been acquired by Texas-based U.S. Legal Support, the firms said Wednesday afternoon. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Medrecs provides HIPAA-compliance storage of electronic legal and medical records.
