Amazon Launches Two New Video Pilots

Seattle-based Amazon.com is continuing its original content push, bolstering the amount of original content which is part of Amazon Instant Video with two new pilots, the company said today. Amazon.com said it has launched pilots for The Cosmopolitans and Hand of God, two dramatic comedies, as part of its third pilot season. The Cosmopolitans is written, directed, and produced by Whit Stillman, and begins shooting this week in Paris. Hand of God is the work of filmmaker Marc Forster and written by Ben Watkins, and features Ron Perlman of Sons of Anarchy.
