Redfin Rolls Out Android Tablet App

Seattle-based Redfin is extending out its family of apps, saying today that it has launched its real estate app for Android Tablets. The online real estate brokerage said the app i specifically designed for tablets, featuring maps of all homes for sale in an area, highlights of individual homes, and a "lightbox" view of those homes. Redfin said the app features a larger, "more vibrant" tablet screen for people searching for home. Redfin already has been offering up an Android app for phone, which also ran on tablets but without the higher resolution, tablet features.
