Microsoft Pulls Photo Tool After Getty Lawsuit

Microsoft, in what looks like record time, has pulled the Bing "Image Widget", which had allows users to search for an embed searches for images in websites, after receiving a lawsuit from fellow Seattle area company Getty Images. Microsoft's Image Widget site now reads "We have temporarily removed the beta" with no other explanation of the move. Getty Images had claimed the tool enabled "massive infringement on copyrights".
