WISErg Picks Up $12.3M

Redmond-based WISErg, which develops food recycling devices, has raised another $12.5M, the company disclosed this morning, as part of a larger round of funding. Names of the investors in the new round were not announced. WISerg's devices are used to process uneaten food scraps into nutrients usable for agriculture. The company has previously raised money from Second Avenue Partners and others.
