Panopto Takes Aim At Kaltura

Seattle-based Panopto, which develops software that allows businesses and universities to create their own, secure, searchable video libraries, said it is launching an effort to help customers of Kaltura migrate to their platform. Panoto said it has created a "Kaltura content conversion tool" and created a professional services team to assist Kaltura customers in the move. Panopto and Kaltura are direct competitors in the video library software space.
