INRIX Adds Apps From Amazon Alexa, Yelp, Nest, Others

Kirkland-based INRIX, the developer of connected car software and services, said this morning that it has linked into new content and apps from Amazon Alexa, Yelp, Nest, Napster, NPR, and others, as part of its OpenCar white labeled infotainment system. INRIX said the agreements will provide "auto-grade" versions of their applications on its OpenCar platform. Additional providers announced as part of the content and app expansion include Audiobooks.com, Bookatable, Dash Radio, Dar.fm, Glympse, ParkMe, Parkmobile, PayByPhone, Philips Hue, Rivet Radio, Slacker Radio, Stitcher, and Wcities.
