Bsquare Aims New Apps At Cloud

Bellevue-based Bsquare, a developer of software for the Internet-of-Things (IoT) market, said it has launched a new suite of cross-platform applications, which can run on IoT platforms from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft. The company said the cross-platform apps can be deployed both in private data centers or any public any public Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) cloud offering. The company said the apps are part of its DataV Hybrid IoT platform (HIP). The company's software is used to predict potential failure of IoT devices, manage repairs, handles software distribution and configuration management, and more.
