Icertis Gets $25M In Series C

Bellevue-based Icertis, which develops enterprise contract management software, has raised $25M in a Series C funding, the company said today. The funding was led by B Capital Group, and also included Ignition Partners, Greycroft in partnership with e.ventures and Eight Roads Ventures. The company says it has now raised $46M in total. Icertis provides contract management software to enterprises like 3M and Daimler, and is led by Samir Bodas. More information »
