Critical Informatics Raises $3.25M, Sets Up Office In Seattle

Critical Informatics, a provider of managed cybersecurity services, has raised $3.25M in a Series A funding, the company announced on Wednesday. The funding was led by East Seattle Partners, led by Alan Frazier. According to the company, it adds an office in Seattle as a result of the investment, and has appointed Garrett Silver as CEO. The company's headquarters are in Bremerton. Silver was previously at ShareBuilder, and later was Managing Vice President at Capital One Investing. Frazier also joins the company's board with the funding.
