Madrona's Wonder Workshop Gets $41M More For Teaching Robots

Wonder Workshop, the developer of educational, robotic toys that help kids to learn programming skills--which is backed by Seattle's Madrona Ventures--has raised $41M more, in a Series C funding. The funding came from Tencent Holdings, SoftBank Korea, TAL Education Group, MindWorks Ventures, Madrona Venture Group, and VTRON Group. The company has now raised more than $78M in funding. Madrona's Scott Jacobson has headed up the firm's involvement in the STEM robot maker. More information »
