Redfin Revenues Grow To $109.5M In Q3, Redfin Now Off To A Start

Seattle-based Redfin reported its third quarter results on Thursday, saing that its revenues for the quarter rose to $109.5M in the quarter, up 35 percent year-over-year. Redfin said it had net income of $10.6M for the quarter. Among the highlights, Redfin said had revenues of $3.4M from its "Redfin Now" service, where the company has been directly acquiring homes from buyers, and then turning around and reselling them to homebuyers. The quarter is the first that it has reported revenues from Redfin Now.
